RCM essentials login 

RCM activists can access promotional or campaign materials by logging into their RCM essentials accountCredits are allocated on a pro-rata basis over the year. Items purchased should be used when holding a learning event, recruitment event, maintaining your RCM noticeboard or other branch activity.

How to create an account

If you are a newly elected Activist you will need to create an account by emailing [email protected] with the following details.It can take up to 7 working days for this to be approved and for you to be given access.  Please note an account is not automatically created when you are elected as an activist and RCM staff cannot setup an account for activists

  • Membership number
  • Branch role

What do I do if I forget my password?
If you have an account but have forgotten your password please email [email protected]

Do not set up a new account as this will delay you being able to place orders. 

What RCM essentials are available to order? 

Stock available on RCM essentials

  • Pens 
  • Ski reels 
  • Lanyards 
  • Leaflets
  • Posters
  • Publication QR code postcards
  • Publications (only available in limited quantities when predetermined for a particular campaign)

Additional materials are sometimes available for specific campaigns, you will be notified as and when these are added to the site

What happens when a product is not available? 

Stock is added to RCM essentials each quarter

Once this is used there will be no more stock available until the following quarter. For this reason we ask you to be mindful of the quantities that you are ordering and do not over order so that your colleagues are all able to access merchandise as required.
