RCM seeks a Service User Chair for New Maternity Partnership Network

The RCM is looking for a recent user of maternity services to help create and run an exciting new network, with the intention of improving the experiences and outcomes for all of those involved in maternity services.
The network will bring together service users, midwives, maternity support workers and student midwives to support and influence the RCM in all areas of its work, to further align the needs of our members and those of the women and families they work with.
The role involves working with the RCM to recruit, establish and develop the network, and act as Chair for the first year. This Service User Chair will use their personal experiences and work in an advisory capacity with identified RCM staff in our central London headquarters. It is expected that the role will require a time commitment of approximately 3-4 days per month. The Chair will be reimbursed at a daily rate and for travel and childcare expenses.
