Key Scottish professional resources
The RCM Professional team influence, support and promote a number of national initiatives within maternity services, with the overall ambition of improving maternity care in the UK. In response to the interim Ockenden report the RCM published a series of four publications called the ‘Solution Series’ throughout 2021. These focus on how to learn from service reviews, creating positive workplace cultures, supporting positive leadership and focussing on human factors to improve safety in maternity services.
