Steward's update: the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme

The session will include an update on the work being done by the national Job Evaluation Group to update the nursing and midwifery suite of profiles, the challenges faced and what is needed to ensure the scheme works for everyone.

There will also be a practical information on how job evaluation works locally including appraisal, job description reviews and job matching panels, and how you can get more involved.
