Race to lunch: micro-aggressions and gaslighting
This webinar provided midwives, maternity support workers, students an opportunity network, engage, learn and share best practice in line with the five Race Matters pledges made by the RCM to challenge racism. The Race to Lunch topic led by Dr Joan Myers focussed micro-aggressions and gaslighting which formed discussions that boost cultural awareness, networking and encourages collaborative learning.
