RCM Scotland Think Tank

The RCM Scotland Think Tank is for our Heads of Midwifery, network leads and workplace reps to come together to discuss and take forward key actions from the day. Our focus is around the themes from our five year plan for the profession – cultures, safety, compassionate leadership, and career structure.

 We will be asking delegates to submit a proposal for either a short presentation or workshop around work that has been undertaken locally and what the impact has been.
