How do we help build a sustainable, skilled midwifery workforce with attractive career choices where all are respected and valued for the work they do? This event looks at potential career frameworks and pathways into the midwifery profession for remote and rural staff and how we can achieve this together. This event is primarily for members in Orkney, Shetland and Western Isles
