Join RCM staff, activists, members to discuss our consultation of members on the inadequate pay award

RCM members in Scotland have overwhelmingly rejected the below inflation pay offer from the government, the RCM will now move to an industrial action ballot on members working in Scotland. Its not too late to have your say on pay in England and Wales – we want to know what action members are willing to take.

Join our online rally on 24 August to hear from RCM workplace representatives, the TUC and leading trade unionists from education and health sectors about how the cost of living crisis is affecting midwives, MSWs and other workers in the public sector but also how unions can organise to affect change for our members

We will also update you with all the information you need to respond to the RCM’s consultation and crucially how you can encourage other RCM members to respond and get active on pay
