Flexible working it the NHS
These assets should be used to facilitate a learning event or discussion in your branch on flexible working. The guidance has been produced to provide information for RCM members and local workplace representatives
about how to request flexible working. It aims to ensure you understand both your statutory rights and the rights that apply under the NHS Terms and Conditions of Service Handbook Section 33: Balancing Work and Personal Life – for those members employed by the NHS.
