The RCM’s pay campaign continues with each of the four nations involved in action or campaigning . This recording highlights the impact that pay has on staffing levels and workload across the UK. This situation is mirrored across the globe with midwives and MSWs finding themselves facing the same issues and fighting the same battles.

International solidarity is now more important than ever and in this recording we are joining forces with our sister unions in New Zealand , Midwifery Employee Representation & Advisory Service (MERAS) and the New Zealand College of Midwives to share our experiences and support one another in our campaigning for midwives and MSW everywhere
