Menopause at Work – Glasgow

With more women in employment, all of whom may work for longer, it makes sense for us to think about a medical condition that will effect every women often in very different ways.

The RCM would like to offer you the opportunity to learn more about the menopause and how this can affect yourself and colleagues.


This half day workshop will cover the following:

  • Symptoms and duration
  • How menopause can effect work –  especially when working under pressure to meet demands of the service
  • Anxiety and stress linked to menopause
  • Types of interventions and support
  • What can employers do? Are there policies in place to support women during the menopause?
