We are offering the following exciting opportunity to join Team RCM:

Role: Professional Advisor, Midwife (Education and Career Development) 

Contract: Full time or part time (up to 35 hours/week); Permanent

Location: Flexible- Choose to be based from one of the RCM’s UK offices (London HQ, Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh) or home based, with travel to RCM offices and for other meetings, events and visits as required.

Salary: Starting at £45,256 per year, and rising each year to a maximum of £ 48,316 for full time, (plus £5,215 London Weighting for full time if applicable)

About the role

As our Professional Advisor, Midwife (Education and Career Development), you will be a key member of the RCM’s Education team, within the wider Professional  team. You will help the RCM be the best we can be by: 

  • Being responsible for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating educational resources and activities for RCM members. 
  • Providing advice and information and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Further developing the RCM’s career framework and our leadership development offer.
