Dear editor,
I am a palliative care clinical nurse specialist and a MSc student and I am currently undertaking a grounded theory study looking at the day of birth from the perspective of midwives and the day of death from the perspective of palliative care nurses.
The purpose of the study is to look for shared themes and also to see if the two professional groups could learn from each other when dealing with the day of birth or the day of death.
I am looking for midwives who would be willing to take part in this study. It would require a semi-structured interview with myself and should take no longer than an hour of your time. I am willing to travel to a location of choice.
