New union learning representatives (ULRs) are now able to complete the stage 1 ULR course online through RCM i-learn.
This provides more flexibility and means that ULRs are able to complete it in a time and place that suits them.
The interactive course aims to give new ULRs the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to help members identify their learning needs and improve their knowledge and skills at work or in their personal lives.
