The programme recognises the achievement and promise of NHS health professionals and contributes to their professional development.
It is also aimed at fostering a growing network of health professionals linked to NICE, who will help to improve the quality of care in their local areas.
Applications are now open and those who wish to be considered must apply by 5pm on 25 November.
Those who are successful should be able to begin their fellowship or scholarship activities by 31 March 2012.
