The National Institute for Health Research has opened its call for funding proposals for research into improvements in the delivery of health services.
The NIHR service delivery and organisation (SDO) programme aims to improve health outcomes for people by commissioning research evidence that improves practice in relation to the organisation and delivery of health care, and build on research capacity among service leaders.
The programme includes the categories ‘demand management for planned care’ and ‘studies on costs or cost effectiveness of service delivery interventions or costing methods’.
Applicants are asked to submit outlines of proposals by 1pm on 15 September. For more information, visit the
