The Health Foundation’s Shine programme is accepting applications from 1 May until 17 July.
It has more than £1m in funding opportunities to allocate in order to support innovative healthcare teams.
The Health Foundation is an independent charity working to continuously improve the quality of healthcare in the UK.
It is looking to support projects which seek to support patients to be active partners in their own care, improve patient safety, or improve quality while reducing costs.
The funds will be allocated to support up to 18 innovative healthcare teams.
