Call the Midwife - the album will be available from 18 February and features a range of songs and incidental music from the show.
It will include material from the first and second series and the one-off Christmas special.
It is aimed to give fans a chance to relive their favourite moments from the programme and is released in time for Mother’s Day.
The CD is the official music companion to the series and is being releases by Demon Music Group.
Among the songs on the CD will be Que Sera Sera (Whatever Will Be Will Be) by Doris Day and Blue Moon by Elvis Presley.
It features other popular classics from artists such as Perry Como, Andy Williams and Dean Martin.
The CD also includes original cast recordings from The Nuns, featuring Sister Bernadette played by Laura Main, herself a trained soprano.
