ULR Info booklet
This booklet outlines the role of the ULR.
ULR Role Definition
The RCM is required by the Union Learning Fund to submit information on learners. This data includes advice given by a ULR, courses undertaken, informal learning and equality and diversity data. Details of individuals are not required. ULRs will also wish to keep records on their activity and advice given to members. The Learner Form has been developed to assist ULRs to collect the data. It should only take a couple of minutes to complete.
Learner Form and Learner Form Completion Notes
A learning needs Analysis is an assessment of the learning and training needs of an organisation's workforce. This form can assist ULRs in carrying out this analysis which could cover a whole workplace or a few RCM members.

If you or a colleague are interested in becoming a ULR you will need to be elected by your RCM Branch or by RCM members in the workplace. The accreditation form will need to be completed and returned.
