The Royal College of Midwives provides unparalleled employment relations and professional assistance to its members. We deliver this through our Stewards, Health & Safety Representatives, Union Learning Representatives and Regional and National Officers who are experienced Trade Union Officers and qualified midwives.
We support members with any issue in the workplace. At a national level, we advance the interest of our members collectively on pay, terms and conditions of service and pensions.
