Bursaries and scholarships

The RCM has for many years offered scholarships to support midwives' professional development.

In order to facilitate the advancement of midwives, midwifery and women's care, these awards are offered with the aim of encouraging individuals to conduct research or undertake continuing professional development or to enable innovation of changes in practice.

The main awards that we offer, and others of which we are aware, are listed in the second panel on the right.
