The RCM England office provides the Council and General Secretary with a country perspective on matters relating to policy, legislation, parliament and regional assemblies in England. The team also acts to disseminate information, to develop relations with relevant bodies and organisations and to extend the influence of the RCM within England.
Field-based Regional Officers, managed by a Team Manager carry a caseload of members and trusts providing advice, help and support on both professional and employment relations issues.
If you are an RCM member in England and would like professional or employment relations advice and support, please contact your local RCM steward who will then liaise with one of the Regional Officers. If you do not know who your RCM Steward is, please contact the board directly who will be able to assit you further.
