The RCM website contains up-to-date information on on good practice in midwifery, as well as on the Royal College of Midwives.

Content and structure

The site is divided into seven main sections:

RCM - latest information about the Royal College of Midwives

Midwives magazine - articles from the RCM's official bi-monthly magazine, plus web-only extras (articles more than one month old are available only to RCM members and Midwives subscribers)

Evidence Based Midwifery - research papers from the RCM's official journal (available only to RCM members and EBM subscribers)

Midwives Jobs - the latest midwifery vacancies

RCM Communities - the free social media tool which allows RCM members to share resources and join in discussions with colleagues

i learn - the RCM's e-learning service for midwives and maternity support workers

Midwifery bookshop - the place to find books and resources on midwifery
